Delete your AjoPak account

Ask us to delete your AjoPak account and the personal data that goes with it.

Enter the email address you use for AjoPak. We will email you a link to confirm.

Still have the app? You can also do this in Settings → Delete account.

This page is for the AjoPak mobile app, published by AJOPAK SOLUTIONS. You can delete your account here even if you no longer have the app installed.

How it works

  1. Enter the email address of your AjoPak account below.
  2. Open the link we email you. It expires after 60 minutes.
  3. Press Delete my account on the page that opens. Your account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone.

When deletion has to wait

A savings circle only works if every member finishes it. We cannot delete your account while you are a member of a circle that is running, while you are the admin of a circle that has not completed, or while a payment on your account is still being processed. Staff accounts cannot be deleted here at all — an AjoPak administrator removes those. The confirmation page tells you exactly what is in the way. Circles that have not started yet are left for you automatically.

What we erase immediately

  • Your sign-in details: email address, password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Your name, phone number, address and profile photo.
  • Your payout bank account details, and we ask our payment processor to remove its copy.
  • Your active sessions, push notification tokens, notifications and notification settings.
  • In-app help usage events linked to you.

What we keep, and for how long

We are required to keep some records for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. These are kept for at least 5 years after your account is deleted. They stay linked to an anonymous account record with no name or contact details:

  • Identity verification (KYC) records, including sanctions screening results and consent records.
  • Contribution, payment receipt, payout and billing records, and circle ledgers.
  • Your AjoPak Score history and any red alerts.
  • Audit logs of security-relevant actions.
  • Messages you sent in circle chats. Other members still see them, attributed to a deleted member, because they can be evidence in a dispute.
